As a healthcare professional, we know you’re busier than ever. You may want to explore new job opportunities, but simply don’t have the time. Or, you know that job searching can be a daunting or overwhelming process, and don’t feel like getting wrapped up in it again. If you fall into either scenario, we’ve got good news for you.
GHR’s new and improved career site is clear, organized and was built with healthcare professionals in mind. It’s now easy to search for jobs, sign up for job alerts or quickly submit your resume with just a few clicks.
On the career site home page, you will see several text boxes. In the Keywords box, type in what kind of position you’re interested in or what skills you enjoy using. Then, narrow your search by providing your whereabouts, or where you want to work, in the Location box. Then, use the Radius feature to narrow or expand your search results based on how far or close the job is in relation to the location you provided. You can also use the Industry box to search, well…industries!
Feel free to get as detailed or as broad as you would like in your search. Play around with the search features to see which keywords, location and industries align most with your job interests.
Sign up in job portal
Once you find your perfect combination of search terms, you can save your searches and create customized job alerts. To do this, locate the Find Jobs Faster section of the career site.
If you have never used our career site before, you will have to sign up. After you answer a few simple questions, you will be added to our career site portal. You can also sign up using your social media accounts.
Once logged in, you can set up job alerts and be notified when specific jobs in certain locations become available. You can also save a search so you can easily refer back to see what’s new at GHR.
Additionally, after signing up in our portal, you can upload your resume so it’s always available and handy should a job you’re interested come available. You can also view your application history.
Here, all you have to do is provide your name, email and a Word or PDF version of your resume. You can also upload an optional cover letter. In a matter of seconds, GHR will receive your resume and can start the job search for you. It’s so easy!
