Recent Changes at GHR Makes the Lives of Nurses Easier

At General Healthcare Resources, we never stop improving our programs, services and systems to make your work life easier! Here are just some of the recent enhancements we think you’ll appreciate.

Let’s start with our new website. Not only is it beautiful, featuring our new brand look and feel, but blue transit’s so much easier to find what you’re looking for without having to search around. From learning more about the benefits we offer, to finding the phone number of the office you want to get in touch with, it’s a breeze to navigate and designed to save you time.

At the same time, we also rolled out our new career site--your one destination to find the perfect job with GHR! It’s full of features that were built with healthcare professionals like you in mind. It is now easier than ever to search for jobs, sign up for job alerts or quickly submit your resume, and so much more. Want to check it out?

To reward our hard-working nurses, we recently introduced our Twice is Nice referral program! We’re dedicated to building our team with only the best of the best, and who better to refer great people to GHR other than yourself? You can now refer a family member, friend or colleague to GHR and not only will you receive a referral bonus, they will too! Even better, there is no limit on the number of people you can refer! We help you while you help your friends. It’s a win-win for everyone!

Additionally, our nursing division is now Joint Commission certified! We are working with even more of the top hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the northeast. And that means we have even more great jobs for you to choose from.

The Gold Seal of Approval is a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to providing qualified and competent healthcare professionals. To earn this certification, GHR underwent an on-site review by the Joint Commission’s inspection team to review our compliance with national standards that assess how we determine the qualifications and competency of our staff, how we place our staff, and how we monitor performance.

We always strive to provide top-quality services to nurses and facilities alike. The Gold Seal of Approval just confirms that GHR is one of the best agencies out there, and we are so proud of this honor.

Have you checked our benefits program lately? If not, take a look. We continue to offer one of the

best benefits packages in the industry. Our benefits include flexible scheduling options, health insurance, a 401(k) investment plan, free liability insurance coverage, weekly pay and direct deposit or pay card option—just to name a few! Our benefits package is just another great reason to work at GHR.

For the past several years, GHR was named a Top Workplace in the Delaware Valley by Philadelphia Media Network. The Top Workplaces were chosen based solely on employee feedback given through an anonymous survey which measures several aspects of workplace culture including alignment, execution and connection.  This award shows that our changes are well-received by not only our great nurses, but our internal staff, too. We love our employees, and we are thrilled they love working at GHR.

To wrap things up, we want to remind you about the variety of facilities we staff at. Not only can you work in hospitals, we also staff at medical centers, outpatient centers, home health organizations and correctional facilities. With so many options, you’re sure to find your sweet spot when working at GHR. And, you can always mix and match which types of facilities you work at. We take pride in matching nurses with their specific interests and pace.
